BrightMinds needed to reinvent its established educational toy business through a complete overhaul of its Shopify store, modernising both the customer experience and the underlying ecommerce infrastructure without compromising existing SEO performance or search rankings.

#### The results

The project involved replacing the theme with a bespoke B2C storefront, removing unnecessary apps to improve performance, and introducing advanced product filtering, enhanced search and discovery, and a custom-built Toy Finder to help customers identify the right products quickly and intuitively.

  For BrightMinds, we focused on creating a more streamlined, cohesive and engaging ecommerce experience. We restructured the Shopify website, simplifying the customer journey, improving navigation and making it easier for shoppers to discover products across the store.

Alongside the technical work, we delivered a full rebrand for BrightMinds, developing a refreshed visual identity that better reflects the personality of the business. This included a new colour palette, updated brand assets and a consistent visual language that could be carried across the website, marketing and wider communications.
