Good day Bany and Khan, and welcome to the interview. Can you tell us a little about The Cosmetologist and how you both got started in the cosmetics industry?

Bany: Sure, The Cosmetologist is a salon that Khan and I started with a passion for cosmetics and beauty. We have always been interested in the industry and after working in it for many years, we saw an opportunity to start our own salon and provide high-quality cosmetic services and products to clients.

Khan: Yes, and I think it's important to mention that our shared vision and complementary skills have been instrumental in the success of The Cosmetologist. Bany has a wealth of knowledge about the cosmetics industry, and I bring a strong background in business and operations.


That's great. I understand that you recently expanded your business to include online sales. Can you tell us a little about that transition?


Bany: Yes, the shift towards online shopping and the rise of e-commerce made us realize that there was a huge opportunity to reach a wider audience through online sales. It was a bit of a challenge at first to figure out how to effectively showcase our products online, but we invested in high-quality product photography and created detailed product descriptions to help customers understand what they were purchasing.

Khan: And I played a key role in setting up the infrastructure and systems necessary to support the online store, including payment processing and order fulfillment. We also made sure that our website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, so that customers could easily find what they were looking for.


That's great. I have to say, as the website designer and SEO analyist, I was extremely impressed with the passion and dedication that both of you brought to the project. Your hard work and attention to detail really shows in the final product. Can you talk a little about the impact of the website and the role that SEO played in the success of the online store?


Bany: Absolutely, the website and the SEO optimisation have been crucial to our success. That's great. Your leadership and entrepreneurial spirit have clearly been instrumental in the success of The Cosmetologist's online store. Can you tell us a little about your future plans for the business and the online store?

Bany: Our future plans are to continue to grow our online presence and reach more customers. We plan to expand our product line to include even more high-quality cosmetics and beauty products. Our next steps are to move into our own branded hair extension product called "Flair". We believe that our expertise in the cosmetics industry and our commitment to quality will enable us to offer our customers a premium hair extension product that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.

Khan: We're also looking to expand our reach globally, by setting up partnerships and distributors in other countries. Our goal is to make The Cosmetologist a leading brand in the cosmetics and beauty industry, both online and offline.


Can you share a little about your experience in running the salon and how it has contributed to the overall success of The Cosmetologist?

Bany: Of course! Running the salon has been a wonderful experience for us, as it allows us to interact with our customers on a personal level and provide them with high-quality services and products. Our salon has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, and our skilled cosmetologists are dedicated to providing each customer with a personalized experience.

Khan: Yes, the salon has been a crucial part of our business and has helped us to build a strong reputation in the community.
